Key Responsibilities
As a Semi-Skilled Hotel Operative, you will support different departments within the hotel under supervision. Your main duties may include:
Food & Beverage Support:
- Setting up and clearing tables, service stations, and buffets.
- Assisting with food and beverage service while adhering to hygiene standards.
Front Office Assistance:
- Helping guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Providing guests with information about the hotel and local attractions.
Housekeeping & Laundry Operations:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Operating laundry equipment to wash, dry, and press linens and uniforms.
Kitchen & Stores Support:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
- Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of items.
