The Corinthia Group of Hotels (Malta) are seeking to recruit an individual who has excellent communication skills and can provide the leadership and direction required to assist the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Revenue and Reservations office.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and motivate our reservations team to deliver exceptional service.
- Analyses booking trends to develop effective pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing in our property management system.
- Generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Takes a proactive approach to sales activity, anticipating potential opportunities.
- Handles any problems/complaints and reports them accordingly.
- The Ideal Candidate must have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hotel Revenue and Revenue Management.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have good telephone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and have experience working with Opera PMS System, OTA Extranets and other distribution channels.
- Be sales-oriented, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Has a high work ethic and a sense of responsibility and can multi-task.
