Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and exterior spaces, are kept clean, safe, and well-presented
Carry out regular cleaning duties in line with daily schedules and cleanliness standards
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant department
Replenish supplies in public restrooms and service areas as needed
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns while on duty
Support the housekeeping and cleaning teams as required during peak operations or special events
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (hotel experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
Good time management and the ability to work independently
A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Basic communication skills in English
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
