Position Summary
This position is responsible for human resources information including recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. This position provides administrative and project management support to the Director of Human Resources, Human Recourses Executive and Human Resources Administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Distribution of weekly palm reading reports
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including resumes
- Acknowledgment of all CVs received, scan and save
- Schedule interviews and other appointments as requested
- Maintain and update employee files
- Upload Staff documents on HR Systems
- Update Training Records
- Update the Daily Forecast Report
- Update Recognition Slips
- Update the Staff Notice Boards
- Update the HR Manual if needed
- Issue of name badges to team members
- Prepare birthday cards, birthday vouchers and birthday’s posters of the month
- Managing of internal communication by creating posters and writing posts on the private Facebook group of the Hotel
- Assist in social events
- Induction and show around with new interns
- Provide any other assistance to HR manager, L&D Manager and HR Executive which may be required
