The Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian’s is looking for a dedicated Health, Safety & Security Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor hotel security, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Lead and supervise a team of Security Officers.
Prepare duty rosters and monthly security reports.
Conduct regular safety patrols throughout the property.
Oversee the goods receiving process in collaboration with the receiving officer.
Ensure fire safety equipment is certified and fully functional.
Perform risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards.
Organise training programs for safety awareness and compliance.
Coordinate emergency drills and manage incident responses.
Promote and maintain a culture of safety and compliance throughout the hotel.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in the service industry, preferably in hospitality.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to respond to situations calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with CCTV and IT systems.
Willingness to work flexibly and cover security officer shifts when needed.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
