We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused, and service-driven Guest Relations Manager to join our team and take the lead in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives personalized, professional, and warm service from arrival to departure.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing the guest experience throughout all stages of the stay
Welcoming VIPs, handling special requests, and managing guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintaining strong presence in the lobby and public areas to engage with guests proactively
Collaborating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Coordinating arrivals, departures, and in-stay experiences for high-profile guests
Handling online reviews and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
Creating memorable experiences and going the extra mile to delight guests
Maintaining guest preference profiles and ensuring personalization across visits
Training and coaching front-line staff on guest service standards
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and supporting department goals
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a guest-facing supervisory or managerial role, ideally within luxury hospitality
Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Be fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Be detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly service-minded
Be adaptable, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
Demonstrate leadership, team coordination, and motivation capabilities
Be familiar with property management systems (e.g., Opera) and guest feedback tools
