We are looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the F&B management team in overseeing daily operations, leading the service team, and ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events areas.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality, attentive service to all guests.

Ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all service areas.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within F&B or hospitality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices is a plus.
