Join our Team as F&B Manager at Radisson Blu, St. Julian’s!
We seek a dynamic and self-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations at the luxurious Radisson Blu, St. Julian’s. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about hospitality, leadership, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the sales and profitability of all F&B departments.
- Develop F&B department strategies aligned with the yearly budget and Sales & Marketing plan, ensuring adherence to payroll and cost-of-sales targets.
- Establish and review goals for the department and team members, maintaining the highest standards while staying within budget guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments, ensuring the Hotel Manager, Heads of Departments, and outlet teams are informed of promotions, changes, or queries.
- Review and implement procedures to continuously improve business operations and service quality.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and revenue activities within the F&B department.
- Create staff rosters based on operational needs and reconcile monthly hours, leave, and other absences using the Shireburn Indigo System.
- Provide monthly reports on revenue, productivity, cost of sales, and labour costs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with payroll systems like Shireburn Indigo are a plus.
- Have good knowledge of POS and front-of-house operating systems.
- Knowledge of the OPERA operating system will be considered an asset.
- Be flexible in attitude, approach and working hours.
