E-Commerce Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity has risen for a self-motivated and energetic Sales Manager. We are looking for someone that will contribute to the achievement of online Leisure (Retail) Sales under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for growing and maintaining share of leisure business to exploit the full potential of working, buying and e-market platforms.
• Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure revenue budget objectives are achieved
• Maintains contact with OTA’s and digital Operators, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications
• Attends major travel functions (i.e. trade shows, associations) under the direct approval of the Director of Sales
• Creates and maintains an efficient system for client’s database, weekly reporting structures in hotel’s PMS
• Ensures that yearly contracts are done on time, ensures that the agreements are profitable for the hotels, re-contracts existing accounts
• Source out and analyse new market potentials and drive revenues through the Hotel’s website
• Seek to enhance current and new digital affiliations
• Monitor conversion analytics rate & traffic to the Property’s website
• Monitor visibility & ranking of our property against competition
• Organise detailed plans with the relevant costing for Leisure e-marketing
• Ensure that content (photography & descriptions) for contracted on-line third parties remain accurate and brand compliant.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be well organized, meticulous and able to handle multi-tasks
• Have a good knowledge of Leisure Sales and online marketing
• Possess exceptional IT skills in Opera and OTA’s extranets
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be highly motivated, eager to learn and able to work with minimum supervision
