We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Chef Tournant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives on variety and enjoys working across multiple kitchen sections to maintain high standards and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and cover various kitchen sections (hot, cold, pastry, etc.) as needed

Assist Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes in line with brand standards

Maintain the highest hygiene, health, and safety standards in all kitchen areas

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required

Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak times

Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of various kitchen stations and food preparation techniques

Ability to adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for quality, creativity, and consistency

Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Valid work permit to work in Malta (if applicable)
