Verdi Marina Hotel, a stylish luxury destination in St. George Bay, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  • Support and train Front Office team members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Provide personalized guest experiences by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in managing room inventory, processing reservations, and handling financial transactions.
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the front desk area maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
  • Professional demeanor with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is an asset).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Adherence to company grooming and presentation standards.
