Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to showcase your skills by delivering outstanding service and building meaningful connections with guests from around the world.

  Scope and Purpose:

Greet guests warmly and manage the reception desk.

  • Process arrivals and departures following company standards.
  • Take a proactive approach to front office activities, anticipating sales opportunities and addressing concerns.
  • Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently, taking necessary actions when required.
  • Ensure VIP allocations and amenities are properly arranged.

 Fulfill all guest needs and requirements.

  • Manage all telephone calls directed to the Guest Service Centre.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care at all times.

  Entry Requirements:

  • Possess ITS qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong administrative skills; computer literate, ideally familiar with Opera.
  • Previous experience in a Front Office Department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer care abilities.
  • Logical, accurate, and able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible attitude towards work schedules, including night shifts.
